Termopiedra system
A façade system that combines stone or porcelain external cladding and thermal insulation in a single construction solution. It brings together protection, insulation and a range of aesthetic options.
System
ETICS (SATE)
An external thermal insulation composite system made up of insulating boards, reinforcement layers and a final render. Its configuration is adapted to the technical needs of the building and to the specific system chosen.

Advice
We start with a first visit, free of charge, to see the façade and understand what you need.

Solution and finish
We study which system best suits the building, Termopiedra or ETICS, and help you choose the finish.

You receive the quote within 2 days at most, depending on the type of project.

Installation and follow-up
We supply the material for the project and coordinate the work on site. The same specialist stays with you until the installation is finished.

Termopiedra manufactures one of the systems we work with.
Fachadas Salvatiño is Termopiedra's exclusive representative in Catalonia: we work directly with the manufacturer and take care of supporting and carrying out the projects with this system.
Who carries out the work
On each project, Fachadas Salvatiño coordinates the work on site and follows it until the installation is finished.
On Termopiedra projects, the work is carried out by installers trained by the manufacturer: Fachadas Salvatiño works as a Termopiedra partner.

The guarantee is subject to its corresponding conditions. It does not usually cover damage resulting from a lack of the planned maintenance or from later work carried out by third parties.
